What is the best part about your role? 

Being able to be part of an amazing group of women who are doing their part to pave the way for young women in the future. Giving the youth an opportunity to be part of a platform that will unlock the abundance of potential which they hold within themselves.

Tell us about your personal and professional growth while being part of the Bellona team? 

Being part of this team has inspired and motivated me to become a better version of myself, the team has so much insight which they impart so willing. It has motivated me to elevate and uplift myself as well as others that I interact with at my workplace. I have been more involved in the coaching aspect of the role in the last few months from a work perspective, which helps me share my knowledge as well as grow from the experience.

What is a typical day at work like for you? 

The main part of my job entails engaging with others in the different parts of the organisation, enabling me to do a dynamic forecast of the business and for us to strategize on how to mitigate risks we encounter on a daily basis and how to best plan to take full advantage of the opportunities.
